Lynndale Facility Rental The Lynndale Facility is the ideal setting for a family reunion, civic club meeting, birthday/anniversary parties or any other special gathering. The facility is located on Eisenhower Drive just off Washington Rd and I-20 across from the Augusta National Golf Club on 10 beautifully landscaped acres. Our facility offers a walking track with fitness stations, gazebo and picnic tables. Basketball and volleyball equipment are available upon request. The main hall offers a full service caterer’s kitchen and can accommodate up to 150 people. Tables and chairs are available. Lynndale also offers two tastefully decorated conference rooms that accommodate up to 20 people each.
The confirmation/clean-up fee will be returned within 20 working days following the event if warranted. Any decorating must be done the day of the event. All functions require the presence of a Lynndale staff person for the entire length of the rental. This person will open the building prior to the rental, be available to answer questions and handle any electrical, mechanical or plumbing problems. This person will also secure and close the building at the conclusion of the rental. The staff person will be paid $12.00 per hour by the renter before the event starts. Certain events may necessitate the presence of security from the Augusta Richmond County and/or the Fire Department. Lynndale, Inc makes this determination after the initial contract is submitted. Security officers and fire marshals are paid $15.00 per hour for a minimum of four (4) hours. The sale of alcoholic beverages at the facility will require a one (1) day liquor permit. Any type of live entertainment where admission is charged may require a business license. The renting party will need to contact License & Inspections at 706-312-5038 at least 30 days prior to the event. No smoking is allowed in the facility. All events must end by 12:00 am. All rentals are based on 4 hours – additional hours are $50.00 for each hour.

Cancellation Policy: Events that are cancelled prior to 90 days of the date reserved will receive a 100% refund. Those cancelled between 60-90 days: 50% refund. Events cancelled less than 60 days before are not issued a refund. Make check payable to: Lynndale, Inc.
